I teach Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Baby & Me play sessions all year round in Embody Fitness so you can learn, have fun, interact and socialise with other parents ♡ I teach Baby Massage (suitable for babies from 4 weeks to pre-crawlers), and Baby Yoga ( suitable for babies from 12 weeks to active crawlers), All classes include tea/coffee and chat time for parents so they are very sociable for you

A baby friendly matinée has been put into the schedule for this one woman play by the actor so that everyone who wants to go to see it, can ♡

Baby Yoga is a fun and interactive class with songs, rhymes and movement for both parent & baby! The course runs for 5 weeks and costs €90 (some health insurers are now giving refunds for this class) Wendy ♡
