If there's one word I'd use to describe Gill, it's inspiring. ✨

She is incredibly focused, driven, and dedicated to everything she sets her mind to. What I admire most is that she doesn't just chase her own goals—she genuinely wants to inspire others to believe in themselves and become the best version of who they can be.

Hi, I’m Gillian 👋
I’m a Slimming World Consultant, mam, wife, professional overthinker and a woman who can give an inspirational speech about changing your life…whilst muttering "FFS" under my breath at least 50 times a day about my own. 🙃

I absolutely LOVE helping people lose weight. Like genuinely love it. ❤️
But if you’re looking for a consultant who’ll sit there only discussing lettuce while we all pretend we’ve never eaten cheese directly from the fridge… I may not be your woman. 😂

My groups involve a LOT of laughing.
We celebrate the brilliant weeks 🥳
We sort out the “I don’t actually know what happened” weeks 👀
We investigate the mysterious 3lb gain where apparently only two grapes were consumed all weekend 🕵️‍♀️
And occasionally I’ll say something that makes the whole room look at me like I should probably have kept that thought inside my head. 😂

I don’t take myself too seriously.
But weight loss? Changing how you feel about yourself? Getting your confidence back? Finally breaking that cycle of starting again every Monday?
That I take very seriously. ❤️
I’ll encourage you. I’ll challenge you. I’ll make you think. I’ll probably make you laugh when you really don’t feel like laughing.

And most importantly, you’ll never have to walk through the door feeling embarrassed because you’ve “had a bad week” God, we’d have nobody left. 😂

So if you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking about joining us…

I just want to say thank you for making every class so special. It's not just about the dancing—it's about the amazing people I get to share it with every week. ❤️

Seeing you all having fun, growing in confidence, improving every class, and giving everything a go makes me so happy and reminds me why I love teaching Zumba so much. 💃🕺✨

I also love the little chats before and after class, hearing about your day, having a laugh together, and getting to know each of you. Those moments are just as special to me as the dancing. 🥹🫶🏻

You honestly make my day brighter too. No matter what kind of day I've had, I always leave class with a huge smile because of your energy, your kindness, and all the laughs we share. ❤️
