We are sidestepping martial arts, in favour of an integrated system which includes: Behavioural Self Protection, kempo ju jitsu, karate jutsu, jiu jitsu, combat sports and exercise science.

New term starts Monday,
Lots happening in the club, our childrens book is in editting, our new training areas are coming on line one by one and we have a few new classes to trial this term too!

Hope you've all made the most of this fantastic summer!

Quick update from the building site - *we are back OPEN on Monday 31st August!* 🥳

17 areas. One dream build. Very few hours in the day!

So please, please *don't message me privately for now.* I am only touching the phone twice a day or I'll never get this finished. All questions will be answered at the dojo.

*Bookings?*
We will sort all bookings once I have actually built my office - aiming for Friday. Until then, no need to panic.

I can't wait to see familiar faces and new faces on Monday.

Every term some students move on, and while that always saddens me a little, it's par for the course. I just hope they had fun with us and left a little safer and a little nicer because of their time here. And to everyone returning - thank you for sticking with us.

*Classes from Monday 31st Aug:*

*Little Dragons* – 12 per class
Mon-Fri: 18:30 - 19:15

*Bullyproof* – 16 per class
Mon-Fri: 19:35 - 20:20

*Samurai Teens* – 10 per class
Mon-Thurs: 20:40 - 21:30

*Adults* – 8 per class
Ju Jitsu: Mon-Thurs 20:40 - 22:00
Irish Stick Fighting: Friday 10am
