WHAT A GREAT FIRST MORNING IN TULLA! 💪😊

A huge thank you to everyone who came along this morning for the very first Active Agers 55+ class in Tulla.

It was brilliant to finally get the class up and running and, most importantly, to see everyone moving, exercising, chatting and enjoying the morning together.

That’s what Active Agers is all about — it’s not just exercise. It’s about creating a local community where people can come together each week to:

❤️ Improve fitness & stamina
🎯 Work on coordination & core strength
