What a fantastic day we had in Macroom yesterday at our first big interclub sparring day of the year! 👊🔥
It was great to see so many of our students stepping onto the mats, pushing themselves out of their comfort zones, testing their skills, and showing real improvement throughout the day.
A huge thank you to all the coaches, parents, and volunteers involved who helped make the event such a success — your support is greatly appreciated.
And a very special thank you to Lorraine and Fiona for organising the bake sale, and to everyone who baked, donated, and supported it. Together, you raised over €600 towards supporting our international fighters who will be representing us at the World Junior Championships in Italy this September 🇮🇪🥊🇮🇹
