We're now taking bookings for our new beginner karate classes starting at the end of August 2026 at the Watershed Sports Complex, Kilkenny City.

Karate can help children:

✅ Make new friends and have fun

Classes are suitable for children aged 5+ and no previous experience is required.

Remember - our 2 classes of a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are combined in to 1 for the next few weeks. All grades & ages train together.

Tuesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm
Wednesdays 6pm-7pm
Thursdays 7:30pm-8:30pm

Mondays class still runs at 6:30pm-7:30pm and there are 2 classes of a Saturday 11am-12pm Kids 12pm-1pm Advanced.
