A fascinating morning during Heritage week on Drummin Bog, St. Mullins. Volunteer moth surveyor Robbie Donnelly exhibited a beautiful variety of moths attracted by the nighttime light.
This was followed by a talk by hydrogeologist James Lalor.
Drummin Bog is the last remaining raised bog in Co. Carlow.
Dogs love blackberries too! Some scratches on the arms and legs from the bramble thorns, and purple fingers from their juice, don't deter the annual pick.

Packed with goodness including vitamin C and antioxidants they are so versatile and delicious 😋😋. With about 80 different varieties there's an abundance of different textures, sizes and tastes, but the drought has effected some of them this year in places where they have completed dried out. Others are still big and juicy! Enjoy.

Thank you to for being the most wonderful venue for Wildtime's Nature and Wellness retreat. What a fantastic weekend and group! Phenomenal home grown food sustained us throughout our activities, plus the luxury and comfort of such a beautiful venue.
We enjoyed much fun, learning, healing, laughter, peace and rejuvenation and more. And lots of new friends were made.
Thank you to the powerful workshop facilitators too, Suzan Crafting; Laura Alternative Therapy; Conor Conor Graham, and Sylvia Healing and Wellness. We loved every moment!
