What a great morning. Our beginners grading was extremely successful. Congratulations to all our newly graded students. Huge thanks to our grading instructors Joanne (Cracker) Coady, Aisling (stretch) Byrne and Rachel (Raquel) Grogan for their constant support. Huge thanks also to our assistants, Ciara (Nixy) Ryan, Niamh (timber) Ryan and Arlo Froggatt (nick name coming soon 😉), for their great support and encouragement to our students today. Last but not least, the wonderful Marc (Okami) Veldhuis, for his continued dedication and commitment to all our classes, keeping us going strong.

Very proud here today. 9 competitors, 10 medals. What a great day for Evolution Martial Arts. Congratulations to our phenomenal competition team and their outstanding coach Marc.
