The Spaces Between...
August always brings a sense of reflection for me.
As I'm preparing for my final retreat of the summer, Serenity, I’ve been thinking about how full these past few months have been.
Events, festivals, podcasts, new conversations, connection. And meeting so many new people.🫶
And while I’m grateful for it all, it’s the moments in between that stay with me most.
Earlier this Summer, after some time in London, I wrote about the spaces between — noticing the contrast between the energy of the city 🏙️ and the quiet beauty of Hyde Park 🌿
Ive been finding myself thinking about that again.
The beauty isn’t always in the big moments ✨
Sometimes it’s simply waiting to be noticed. 🤍🤍

With a strong focus on nervous system regulation, Tara places particular emphasis on Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided meditation known for its ability to support profound rest.
Participants will be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation, encouraging rest and ease, supported by Away With Nature's award-winning Serenity blend.🌸
