Just when you thought you got rid of me!
A number of people have contacted me asking for summer classes. Would love to do a 4 week course if interest was high enough. The idea would be to do a mixture of dance fitness and circuit style training - but I'll happily adapt the class to whatever you guys want most!

We are officially on summer break! Thanks so much to everyone who tried a DDMix class over the past 9 months! I have throughly enjoyed spreading the ddmix love!
Keep dancing this summer and perfecting those moves and we will be back in September with a full new batch of routines, fun and fitness!

DDMix dance fitness Summerhill returns to the community centre at 8.45 and it's time to get ready for summer!
Our brand new, 5 week term begins tomorrow with great prices, PAYG and students rates and plenty of fun!
