I am giving a free public talk for Wicklow Mental Health Association, this evening at the Dominican Convent Ecology Centre, Wicklow Town. Here are the details:
Modern life and work patterns mean that loneliness is increasingly common. Many people are suffering from a lack of social connection in their lives.
But what is social connection and why is it important? What happens if we don't have enough of it- how can we get more? If we don't have enough social connection in our lives,what can we do about it?
These questions and more will be the subject of a public talk held by
Wicklow Mental Health Association at 8pm on Thursday 10th October. The talk is entitled, The Importance of Social Connection to Wellbeing and will be presented by local therapist Ann Marie Taylor and will be held in the Dominican Connvent , Wicklow Town.
Doors open at 7.30 and admission is free. All are welcome!

In this evidence-based talk, local relationship coach and human givens psychotherapist Ann Marie Taylor will explain the underlying dynamics of relationships & the real reasons they succeed or breakdown.
