Yoga is woven into every part of my life.

It’s never just been something I do on a mat. It’s been the catalyst for so much change in my life, often showing me what needs to shift before I’m even ready to admit it.

It’s more than a tool I use when things feel hard. It’s a way of life. A way of thinking. A way of understanding myself and the world around me.

It’s taught me when to stay, when to let go, when to soften and when it’s time to make a change.

This time two years ago I left my job as a director and started making many changes in the life ~ terrified and anxious about the future yoga continued to be a constant in my life, routed in the hear and now.

A place to slow down, ground and take some time just for you.

Soul Yoga in Arklow Frances Ryan dance studio every Thursday at 6pm.

This is a slow, beginner-friendly yoga class created especially for those who are completely new to yoga or want a gentler way to practise.

We’ll take our time with the poses, learn the foundations of yoga, breathe, move and create space away from the busyness of everyday life.

You don’t need to be flexible, fit or have any previous yoga experience. Just come as you are.

Soul Yoga in Gorey every Tuesday at 7.30pm.

A faster, flowing yoga class with space to move, breathe, challenge yourself and come back into your body.

My classes are trauma-informed and taught using inclusive, invitational language, giving you options throughout the practice and encouraging you to listen to what your own body needs.

But Soul has always been about more than the poses. It’s about learning, connecting and creating a community you actually want to be part of.

Rising with the sun ☀️

Yoga has always been about so much more than the poses.
Feeling the sun on your skin, breathing in fresh air, bare feet on the earth, the sea beside you.

Drawing energy from the elements and remembering that we are part of nature, not separate from it.

And then taking the practice with you.

Into how you speak to yourself. How you treat others. What you give your energy to. What you choose to hold onto and what you allow yourself to let go of.

Sometimes yoga is simply being here enough to notice the world around you ~

Women’s Circle ⭕️

If you’ve never been to a women’s circle before, you might be wondering what it actually is or if it’s for you.

A women’s circle is simply a space for women to come together, connect, share, listen and feel heard.

We’ll begin the evening by sharing cacao together, slowing down and taking some time to arrive before opening the circle.

There is never any pressure to share. You can speak, listen, reflect or simply be in the space with other women.

You don’t need to know anyone and you don’t need any previous experience with women’s circles, cacao or anything like this.

If you’ve been looking for a place to connect, have deeper conversations, meet like-minded people or simply do something a little different for yourself ~ I have been hosting women’s circles for as long as I can remember and every single one is so unique and special.
