Cho’s Taekwon-Do Gorey aims to provide an inclusive environment where participants feel safe and enjoy learning a new set of (martial) skills.
We train Panthers (ages 4 - 8)at 5pm and Juniors/ Seniors @ 6pm - 7:15pm Fridays Instructor Mr Martin Byrne is a 5th Dan black belt with Grandmaster Hee Il Cho's 'Action International Martial Arts Association' and is a primary school teacher with a background in special education. Martin's aim is to provide a challenging, fun & safe focal point for martial artists to come and develop a new set of martial, cognitive and social skills to help them better deal with life's challenges.

New term… Beginners Cho’s Taekwon-Do Gorey in Kilanerin on Mondays in the Shamrock hall opposite Murphy’s Gala at 6pm for Panthers (4 - 8 yr olds) and 7pm for Juniors/ Seniors. Also Fridays in Richie Ivory Jiu Jitsu academy in behind CrossFit out the Arklow road at 5pm for Panthers and 6pm Juniors/ Seniors. Contact Martin
