Shout out to this guy! Paul is a key member of Tri Lakes; always there in the background doing jobs, helping out, turning up at every event, competes, marshalls or does whatever needs to be done. Just an all round really sound man. Last weekend at our club triathlon, Paul’s 3 daughter completed the relay. None of them has done a triathlon before. Paul did each discipline with each daughter, supported them through their race. And today came 2nd in his age category in Westport! We are all delighted for you Paul👏👏👏👏💪🏼💪🏼😄😄🏊🏼‍♂️🚴🏽🏃🏼
