These simple Do’s and Dont’s help us maintain a positive training environment, look after our teammates, and make sure everyone can improve together.

Whether you’re brand new to BJJ/MMA or you’ve been training for years, the basics always matter:

Respect the mats. Respect your training partners. Respect the coaches.

It’s their third year on the road at the Nossa BJJ Women’s Weekender, and it just keeps getting better!

A huge thank you to and Karen McGurran for organising such an amazing event, and to all the incredible black belt coaches Zara Di Tofano, Ana Lopez Beard and Injana Goodman for sharing their knowledge, techniques and passion.

A great weekend of training and learning as part of our preparation for the Euros No-Gi competition in October. We’re already counting down the days!

Looking for a fun, active, and confidence-building summer activity for your child?

Join us at Shaolin MMA's Summer Camp where children aged 5–12 will enjoy a week of martial arts, games, teamwork, and new friendships in a safe and supportive environment.

Throughout the week, children will:
✅ Build confidence and self-esteem
✅ Improve focus and discipline
✅ Learn beginner-friendly MMA & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu skills
✅ Make new friends
✅ Stay active and have fun during the school holidays

No experience needed—beginners are welcome!
