Never underestimate a child’s ability and thirst to learn something new. 💛

Today we tried a little aerobics, and the energy, enthusiasm and willingness to just give it a go was amazing to see! 🤸‍♀️✨

When learning is filled with fun, movement and positive energy, children embrace it so naturally. They remind us that learning doesn’t always have to be sitting still — sometimes it looks like moving, laughing, copying, trying again and simply enjoying the moment.

Little minds are always ready to learn — we just have to give them the opportunity to shine. 🌟

We made a butterfly using beads and pipe cleaners as a fun sensory activity. The different textures and movement provide a calming sensory experience, while the butterfly can also be used as a breathing tool. Children can slowly trace or touch the butterfly as they practise taking deep breaths, helping to encourage relaxation, self-regulation and calm. 🦋💗

💛 Quirky Kids Yoga Summer Camp definitely ended on a high! What a wonderful few days with such a brilliant bunch of kids — full of fun, creativity, laughter, games, silliness and plenty of those lovely little Quirky Kids moments that make camp so special. 💛

A huge thank you to all the amazing kids who came along and brought their wonderful personalities, energy and enthusiasm with them. You were an absolute pleasure! 🌟

And of course, a big thank you to all the parents and families for trusting us with your little people, for all the drop-offs and collections, and for supporting Quirky Kids. It genuinely means so much. ❤️

A huge thank you to every parent who trusted me with your children this week.

Watching you drop them off each morning, seeing the love and care you have for them, is something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you for putting your trust in me—it truly means so much.

I’ve always tried to treat every child as if they were my own, creating a safe, kind, loving, and trusting environment where they can have fun, grow in confidence, and simply be themselves.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of their week. It’s a privilege I’ll never take lightly, and I’m so grateful for every family who chooses to be part of our camps. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone at Woodford Community Centre for such a wonderful welcome to our Quirky Kids Yoga Camp! 🐻💛

What a fantastic group of happy, fun-loving little Yogis we had. There were lots of smiles, laughter, new friendships, and plenty of memorable moments throughout the camp.

Every child went home with their very own Brave Bear and Bear Bag, along with lots of lovely memories to treasure.

A special thank you to all the mammies and daddies for trusting me with your amazing little ones. It was a joy to spend time with them, and I hope they enjoyed every minute as much as I did!
