The Para Hockey World Cup in Belgium is over, and what an incredible experience it has been for Aoife Loftus playing on a World Stage. 🏑

Aoife played some fantastic hockey throughout the tournament and got on the scoresheet against both USA and Pakistan — an incredible achievement. 🥅

A huge well done to the whole team, coaches, manager and all the supporters. Your hard work, dedication and support has been brilliant. 👏💚

Well done to Greenfields, who finished runners-up at the World Hockey Youth Festival in Amsterdam last weekend 🇳🇱

The team played five group games, winning four, before facing Ulster in the final. In a close and highly competitive game, Ulster came away with a 2–0 victory.🏑

To top off an incredible tournament, Mai Given was named Player of the Tournament — a fantastic achievement! 🏆👏

Well done to all 19 players involved, a great tournament and an experience to remember.💚

We were thrilled to host the Irish Hockey ID team, including Greenfields player Aoife Loftus yesterday for their final training session before travelling to the FIH Para Hockey World Cup in Belgium next week! 🇮🇪🏑

A huge thank you to the Greenfields players who came along to play the Irish team in a challenge match. There were lots of goals, plenty of fun and some fantastic hockey! 🙌

The team finished off the session with pizza, ice cream and a dip in Blackrock — the perfect way to end their final training session! 🍕🍦🌊
