Some dancers can feel nervous about Acro Dance because they think it will be all about difficult tricks, flips or extreme flexibility—but there is so much more to it.
Acro training helps dancers develop:

Dancers work at their own level, building their skills gradually in a safe and encouraging environment. They don’t need to be naturally flexible or interested in performing complicated tricks to benefit.
