World Breastfeeding Week 🤍
I'm really proud of my breastfeeding journey. I know how fortunate I was to have such a positive start.
Before my baby arrived, I was gifted a breastfeeding course with Better Breastfeeding Breastfeeding and an experienced lactation consultant. That knowledge and support gave me confidence from day one. Our journey was thankfully very straightforward, but I know that's not the reality for everyone.
Along the way, I also found incredible support through a Facebook breastfeeding community, and 📔The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding became a trusted source of information whenever I needed reassurance.
I wish every family had access to the same level of support and guidance that I did.
At The Cycle Wellness Academy, I believe every feeding journey deserves respect. Some parents choose to breastfeed, some cannot, and some decide not to—and every family should be supported without judgement.
What matters most is that all mothers have access to evidence-based information and qualified support, so they can make informed decisions that are right for them and feel empowered throughout their journey.
Let's continue creating a culture where parents are informed, supported and respected—whatever their feeding journey looks like. 💛
