We loved brining our community together at The Warehouse Gym Knocknacarra, for our Pelvic Floor Wellness Morning with Izabela Clarke PT 💚
From an insightful wellness talk to a practical workout focused on movements you can bring into your everyday routine, it was a morning full of learning and positive energy✍🏼
