NUIG Basketball Club

Our Women’s Freshers team took part in the intervarsity Freshers tournament in Dublin yesterday.
In game 1 they defeated MTU 47-27
Game 2 they defeated Trinity College 42-23
Game 3 they defeated University of Limerick 63-37

They then proceeded to the semi final where they took on a talented UCD and came away with a narrow defeat 61-52.

The team coached by Ger O’Flynn, represented the college with pride and tenacity and enjoyed a great day of Basketball 🏀 Well done all.

WOMENS BASKETBALL SESSION
