10kg down & growing in confidence from the inside out 🤍

Guess what? No extremes. No cutting out food groups. No unsustainable rules.

Just structure, consistency and accountability.

We’ve focused on nutrition through our weekly check-ins, helping her stay accountable while learning how to make better choices without feeling restricted.

She’s also been keeping active with just 1–2 home workouts each week — proof that you don’t need to live in the gym to make progress.

The result? 10kg down and a whole new level of confidence. ✨

This is exactly what my 1:1 coaching is about — creating a sustainable approach that fits around your life.

I’m not saying you can’t enjoy a coffee and a sweet treat now and then ☕️🍪

I simply want to educate you on the importance of main meal structure, especially if your goal is to lose weight.

By prioritising your main meals, we can make sure we’re getting:
✨ A good source of protein, which can help with satiety
✨ Plenty of nutrient-dense foods
✨ Fibre, vitamins and minerals
✨ Meals that actually keep us feeling full and satisfied

One thing people often get mixed up is the volume of food vs. the calories in that food.

You might think, “I barely ate anything today” because you’ve only had a coffee and a sweet treat. And yes, the physical volume of food may be small — but that doesn’t necessarily mean the calorie intake is low.

For example, the meal shown in this video is much larger in volume than the coffee and shortbread, but it can still be a very balanced and satisfying meal.

This doesn’t mean you need to cut out the foods you enjoy! 🙌

It’s about learning how to structure your overall diet, prioritise nourishing, filling meals and still make room for the foods you love.

Because let’s be honest… who doesn’t enjoy a sweet treat and coffee now and then? 🤎

Balance > restriction. Always.

Oat milk is trending at the moment and a lot of people opt for it thinking it’s much lower in calories that skimmed milk.

Amazing progress from my incredible client 💪💖
This transformation wasn’t about cutting out carbs, banning treats or following an extreme diet.

It came from doing the basics consistently — 3–4 weight training sessions every week, prioritising protein, moving regularly and following an 80:20 approach to nutrition. 🏋🏼‍♀️🥗

No food groups eliminated.
No “good” or “bad” foods.
No starting over every Monday.
No unrealistic restrictions.

The 80:20 approach means the majority of your choices support your goals, while still leaving room for the foods you genuinely enjoy. Because your nutrition needs to fit your life, not the other way around.

And the biggest lesson? You don’t need to be perfect to make progress. You need to be consistent.

It’s the workouts you keep showing up for.
The meals that keep you full and fuelled.
The weekends where you enjoy yourself without guilt.
And the ability to get back to your routine without feeling like you’ve “ruined” anything.

This is exactly what I teach my clients — a sustainable approach to fat loss that doesn’t require you to give up your social life or your favourite foods. 🤍

Your results don’t come from what you do for 2 weeks.

They come from what you can realistically keep doing for months and years. ✨

Consistency. Balance. No extremes. That’s the goal.

A little insight into Caitlin ✨

Hi, I’m Caitlin 👋🏼

With so many new faces here lately, I thought it was the perfect time to properly introduce myself and share a little more about the person behind Coaching with Caitlin.

I’m a qualified primary school teacher turned full-time online health and fitness coach, and I’m passionate about helping women build a healthy lifestyle that actually fits their lives. No extremes, no cutting out your favourite foods, and no starting over every Monday.

Health and fitness has become so much more than how I look. It has given me confidence, structure, resilience, and taught me the importance of looking after both my physical and mental wellbeing. It’s something I’m incredibly passionate about helping other women experience too.

A few things that are important to me:
🤍 Balance over perfection
💪 Strength over the number on the scales
🍓 Nourishing your body while still enjoying life
📚 Always learning and growing
👯 Building a supportive community where women lift each other up

My mission is simple: to help busy women feel stronger, healthier, more confident, and create habits that last long after a diet would have ended.

Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you’ve only just found my page, thank you for being here.

Your support means more than you know, and I’m so excited to continue sharing tips, education, motivation, and plenty of real-life moments with you.

With love,
Cait X

pastry calories

1. Luxury scone 510 calories
2. Toffee yum yum 431 calories
3. Chocolate & Hazelnut croissant 369 calories
4. Cookies and cream donut 325 calories
5. Chocolate brownie 308 calories

Calorie awareness isn’t about restriction — it’s about choice. 🎯

When you know the numbers, you’re not guessing anymore. You can look at your favourite foods and decide: is this worth it today? Sometimes the answer is yes, and that’s completely fine.

This is the whole idea behind the 80/20 approach I coach — 80% of your intake comes from nutrient-dense, balanced choices that fuel your body and support your goals. The other 20%? That’s life. That’s the takeaway with friends, the dessert after dinner, the wine on a Friday night. No guilt, no “starting again on Monday.”

Calorie awareness just gives you the information to make that 20% intentional instead of accidental. You’re not avoiding foods — you’re choosing them with your eyes open.

That’s sustainable. That’s how you build a relationship with food that actually lasts. 🙌
