The programme will help participants develop their confidence, communication and leadership skills while exploring how they can positively influence their clubs, teams and wider communities.

On September 5th, our junior rower, Niamh, is holding an ergathon at the clubhouse to raise vital funds for The Hope Foundation to support their life-changing work providing protection, education, and healthcare to street children.

​Our goal is to row a combined 100,000 meters!
