We love seeing him turning up but even happier when he dosent even his easy pace we all gasping for air.😀Only kidding he is a top bloke and always mad for the chat when he joins us

He is so unassuming in what a top Athlete he is and We would like to wish him the best on His Trip to Kona

IRONMAN LEEDS 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

I’ve always wanted to tick an Ironman off the bucket list, and after the injury I picked up following Cork Marathon, it gave me the opportunity to get back into cycling and swimming.

Three weeks ago, I randomly Googled to see if there were any Ironman races left this year… and somehow, here we are 😂

5th overall and fastest run split of the day — not bad for my first Ironman!

And somehow it gets even better… I’ve qualified for the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona in 7 weeks. 🌺

So I guess I’m going to Hawaii to give it another go! 🇮🇪➡️🇺🇸

What started as a random Google search three weeks ago has turned into one of the biggest opportunities I’ve ever had in sport.

Kona, here we come. 🌺🔥

9am group having some great spins and great to see more numbers joining them. Even found a lovely new cafe in Tuamgraney.

Eamon,Daffy,Albert,Terry and Martin headed up tp Westportif on a wet day always a tough challenge but well looked after.

took on a grueling challenge letape de tour completing stage 20 of tour de france 170km climbing over 5000 meters in high tempertutres his hard hard training blocks paid off congrats.

Cathal Russell & Steve Lyons won the team Gold in limerick crit.💪

Noel Cusack took on the Donegal 555km ultra race unsuported covering the distance in 24hr 40min and 7000 meters climbed.

Michael Sharkey ,Tom and Jason took on the tour de connemara route with the Tuesday Troopers 140km midweek

Eamonn headed to Galway Gravel Grinder for some great off road event and a big gang from clare clubs went up to support .

Plenty off happy kms last few weeks
Tour de Burren very enjoyable event as always and great atmosphere around.
Lads racing in the Clare Cycle League every Thursday and limerick league.
Peter,Richard & Anthony took on the ring of kerry 170km in glorious sunshine.

While Sunday club spins see us traveling all areas of the county taking full benefits of the 🌞 along some costal routes.

Flan completed the The Transatlanticway in a massive under taking in tens days. Congrats again

Few lads on holidays doing abit of gravel and road at least they have to tan going over do once.

Main things is we are getting out on our bikes and safely home.🙏
