As the evenings draw in, what if you gave yourself permission to do a little less?

Join me for a beautiful Autumn evening of deep rest, stillness and simply being at the gorgeous Hotwell House just 10 mins outside Enfield Village.

This is not a class where you need to stretch, strengthen or achieve anything. Instead, you’ll be gently supported with blankets, bolsters and props as you settle into deeply restful restorative yoga, calming breathwork and guided relaxation.

☕ Tea & sweet treats afterwards

Come as you are.
No experience needed.

Just 2 hours to pause, switch off and recharge, followed by a little time to enjoy some tea and treats before heading home.

HELLO SEPTEMBER, THE SEASON OF LETTING GO
And so begins the season of letting go when Mother Nature shows us all how it's done.
Let go, free yourself, shake it off, drop it, give way for the new. Create space for new thoughts, new ideas, new adventures and new connections, by shedding the dead weight you've been carrying around for so long.
And whilst you are there, being reborn and renewed, let go of old anxieties too.
Let go of any doubts, fears or beliefs which no longer serve you well.
Release bitterness or past hurts which feast on your beauty.
Be brave, do not fear the nakedness as your leaves slip away.
Mother Nature doesn't, watch and learn.

💛 Caring for Carers 💛

My heart is so full after spending Sunday with this wonderful group of carers.

There was laughter, there were tears, there were moments of deep rest, reflection, connection, and simply being. Throughout the day, stories were shared, friendships were formed, and we were reminded that we never truly know what someone else may be carrying.

This retreat was created to give carers an opportunity to step away from caring for everyone else and spend a day being cared for themselves.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me to hold that space. Your openness, honesty, and willingness to show up exactly as you were made the day incredibly special.

A gentle reminder to all carers: the care you give to others matters, but so does the care you give yourself. 💛
