I have been working in the fitness industry for many years as a Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer. I also have a background in Physical Therapy which I incorporate into my everyday work to benefit my clients. My work includes working with both one on one clients as well as with various sporting teams & teaching a regular selection of classes.

You don't need to punish yourself for the summer
Or try to make up for lost time
All you need is to let yourself start again!

September always feels like a reset ⌛️

The house gets a little quieter, the days become more structured, and it's the perfect chance to carve out an hour that's just for you 🫶🏼

39 today 🫣

19 years in the fitness industry.
15 years owning my own business.

Looking at these photos, it’s crazy to see how much has changed.

The gyms. The training. The business. The industry and ME!

When I started fitness was very different for me. I was chasing goals, had no work life balance and probably worrying a lot more about how I looked and what people thought.

Now at 39 I still love training and I still want to be strong and fit.

But my reasons have changed.

I want to be strong, healthy and capable for as long as I can.

For me but also for my kids.

I want to be able to keep up with them be active with them and hopefully still be doing it for many years to come.

After 19 years in this industry I’ve realised fitness isn’t about looking your best for one summer.

It’s about building a body and lifestyle that allows you to enjoy your life and the people you love for as long as possible.

Here’s to 39. ❤️

Whether it's one more rep, a heavier weight, or simply walking through the doors, growth comes from doing the things that challenge you!

You don't have to be the strongest in the room...
..you just have to keep showing up 💪🏼

Everyone starts somewhere, and every session moves you forward 🙌🏼
