A quick update in regard to the solar AED for the castle side of Clonea

Our 4 swimmers today , Cian Keira John Saoirse , meeting with Olympians Danielle Hill Mona McSharry and Ellen Walsh , and of course Double European Champion Ellen and Silver and Bronze Medalist Mona, the girls put them through their paces in Back Crawl Breaststroke and Fly 💪🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ and a questions and answers after the pool session, an amazing opportunity to meet with Irelands finest swimmers 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

Just days after becoming a two-time European champion and winning five European medals between them, Ellen Walshe and Mona McSharry and Danielle Hill are all straight back in the pool.

They’re taking time out to teach, inspire and help shape the future of Irish swimming through Swim Ireland swimming clinics around the country.

No time off. Just giving their time to the next generation and doing it all for the love of the sport. 🇮🇪
