Baffled AGAIN!!!

My inner chihuahua is getting snarly🙈

21 medical appointments so far this year, in that time as a wheelchair user I've ended up stuck in corridors, can't get into buildings in my wheelchair, have had to wait for a random person to pass by to help open doors for me, can't get out of car parks to get to my appointments because the lifts are broken, can't check in for appointments because the seats are bolted to the floors...the list goes on and on and yes on.

I shouldnt have to bring an assistant to my medical appointments just to make sure I can get to them, when I am capable of doing this, but the lack of awareness and infrastructure makes it impossible.

Hospitals are supposed to support people....ALL PEOPLE... wheelchair users deserve their independence too😡

14 months waiting for today's tests, hopefully they might shed some light🤞

Also deeply grateful to my medical teams for their compassion, skill and wisdom, each working so hard in such crappy and often stressful conditions 😔

Now I'm off to doing a calming practice from our Well-Being community 💜

Hoping this sparks some awareness today 🙏

Come and allow yourself to be bathed in the sacred sound vibrations from the comfort of your own home with this online sacred sound bath, as we connect with the energy of the full moon. This full moon soundbath will support you in releasing and letting go of the tension or blocks that are keeping you living in repeating patterns or cycles.

Sacred sound baths enable you to move into a deeply meditative state through which your being can effortlessly repair and restore itself, whilst the full moon is an ideal time to release all that is no longer aligned with the deepest parts of your being.

Lying on your bed or on your yoga mat snuggled in your blanket you will be bathed in the relaxing healing sounds of himalayan singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls, hapi drum, zaphir chimes, solfeggio pipes and the power of the voice, to support you through this sound journey, before allowing a deep state of stillness to set in.

As each instrument is played the body absorbs the sound inwards, working on the chakras, enabling the body, mind and spirit to move back into a deeper state of balance, and who doesn’t want more balance?? Through use of these sounds we begin to shed the dense heavier energy of daily life, thus rising our vibrational energy, allowing us to effortlessly attract higher frequency people and experiences into our lives.

This event will take place online and is best experience with headphones for an immersive experience.

Places for these sound baths will be limited and require pre-booking / pre-payment.

Where: Live online via a zoom.
