Kelly Donnelly and I are delighted to announce our next retreat which will be held in the beautiful Drumshallon Forge Heritage Centre on Sept 27th and we are looking forward to welcoming everyone! It's an opportunity to take time out and nourish the body and mind. Please let us know if you are interested in attending. The cost for the day including snacks and lunch will be €120. As some of you may know, I have been teaching Pilates for almost 15 years. I have also worked as a Pilates Tutor in UCD and DIFE for 8 years.

I teach both mat and reformer and have the privilege of teaching classes in Blackrock Haggardstown Community Centre Dundalk Sports Centre & Felda Health Fitness and Spa

Incredibly well run event and I think I may be hooked! 🙈 huge well done to everyone who participated!
