Just coming back down to Earth this afternoon. We had the hottest class in Laurel Lodge Sat morning followed by another fantastic Zumba MC with the amazing Zumba Suzy hosted by the incredible Move Move Me IRELAND!! Team. Thank you for bringing these amazing presenters to Ireland. Have to mention Kelly Hughes Tricia Bannon Mary Dunne Lawless Laura Craig and Louise Carpenter for sharing the stage with me, you were on fire 🔥. It was a really great day. Loved catching up with girls I haven't seen in a long time. Cant wait for the next one!!!

We had a great week of classes. Last Wednesday Zumba and Gold morning classes for the summer but we still have Mondays at 7pm (laurel Lodge)Wednesdays Strength class at 7pm (Parslickstown)and of course our Super Saturday Zumba at 9.30am (Laurel Lodge) Looking forward to seeing you there 💃💪💕.
