🏆𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
There were trophies, Cups and free footballs galore as Baldoyle United celebrated another successful season for over 20 schoolboy and schoolgirl teams. Pride of place went to our Under 16 Girls team who proudly displayed the DDSL Grassroots League Winners Cup.

The Player of the Year awards were followed by a raffle for footballs and everyone went home happy with goody bags. Well done to all the coaches for organising their teams throughout the season.

See you all for the 2026/27 season.

🟢 Don't forget that football continues throughout the Summer with 2 Summer Camps in July, our two senior womens teams continue with their seasons and our Senior Sunday Mens team will be facing Longford Town away in the second Round of the FAI Cup on 18 July.

𝗥𝗜𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗟
We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of former club member Bartle Farrell.

Bartle was synonymous with Baldoyle United for over four decades acting as coach, groundsman, committee member and club stalwart. Bartle also recently organised the very successful reunion of members at the clubhouse.

⚽ 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗗𝗢𝗬𝗟𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝟵𝘀 𝗜𝗡 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗥
On Saturday, Baldoyle United's Under 9.8 played their final game of the season against Mountview FC in Racecourse Park. In preparation for next season they played a 7 a side match.

Baldoyle went behind and trailed for most of the match. However the team never gave up and a late late comeback saw a fantastic finish for Baldoyle.

It was an absolutely cracking game played in great spirit by both teams. Both goalkeepers played brilliantly and made some great saves. Baldoyle coaches Ian and Sergey said:

"This is a special group of players. They have had some tough games over the last 2 years, but always arrive up to training with a smile on their faces every week and looking to improve. Today's comeback summed them up perfectly. Not that they scored a lot of goals but that they kept working hard even though they were down and got their rewards. Roll on next season!"

We travel to League Of Ireland side Longford Town for the second Round of the Club Orange FAI Cup on Saturday 18 July.

🏆 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗗𝗢𝗬𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗖𝗨𝗣 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦
Over 80 boys and girls took part in the 4 day World Cup Mini Leagues at Baldoyle United. There were some impressive skills on show and whether they were Morocco, Qatar or even England, they had great fun and an enjoyable tournament.

Well done to everyone who took part and Conor Dowling for organising it all.
