🌿 NEW YOGA & PILATES TERM - STARTING WEEK OF 7 SEPTEMBER🌿

Whether you’ve been thinking about getting back to exercise, trying Yoga or Pilates for the first time, or simply doing something for yourself this autumn, I'd love to welcome you to one of my classes .

Classes are:
⭐Beginner & improver friendly
⭐Focus on strength, mobility & core stability
⭐Provide an opportunity to stretch, relax and unwind

📍 Mornings: Ballyowen Castle Community Centre, Lucan
📍 Evenings: Canon Despard Centre, Lucan

💸7-week term | €72 for 6 classes
Giving you a little flexibility if you need to miss a week.

Bookings for Summer Yoga Term are now Open

A lovely way to keep moving, build strength and find a little time for yourself over the summer weeks. Classes are friendly and welcoming, with options to suit different levels. Get in touch if you'd like to book a place

Monday classes run from 20 July to 24 August (no class on 3 August)

Thursday classes run from 23 July to 20 August

The cost is €60 for 5 classes. Although if you are on holiday and just want to book in for the classes that you will be here for, that is no problem at all :)

The small Pilates ball is possibly my most favourite prop as it is so versatile and can be used in so many ways. In this exercise, pressing the ball into the thigh and the thigh back into the ball creates an oppositional force that makes the core work a little harder. This isometric connection helps the body find stability and encourages the deep core muscles to engage, providing support and stability for the spine and pelvis as the legs move. Once you've found that connection, exercises like Toe Taps / Single Leg Stretch become less about simply moving the legs and more about maintaining strength, control, and stability throughout the movement.

⭐7 Years of White Lotus ⭐

A bit late posting (my posts always sit unfinished in drafts for ages and most never get posted) but May marked the 7 year anniversary of White Lotus.

Over the years there have been hundreds of classes, lots of stretching and strengthening, plenty of deep breaths, lots of laughs, and a lot of learning along the way.

What started as a passion for movement has become something I’m incredibly grateful for. Teaching has introduced me to so many lovely people and reminded me again and again how important it is to take time to slow down, build strength, improve flexibility, and look after ourselves and our well being.

Thank you to everyone who has ever come to a class, recommended me to a friend, supported me, or simply kept showing up each week.

Seven years in and I still genuinely love what I do ❤️

Here’s to the next 7 years 😀
