Well done to the Kaizen members who competed in the WKF Youth League in Porec. A fantastic performance by all.

We were delighted to see the continued development on one of the biggest stages. All athletes performed fantastically with Chris making it to a 9th place finish.

Thank you to coaches Anastasia and John for their support and work over in Croatia. As well to the travelling parents with all their help.

Last week the Hamps family had an amazing day.

Teddy, Flora and Cina all made it to the podium at the fantastically run IKarate Championship last Saturday.

Teddy had amazing success in his individual sections with a Gold and Silver in Kata and Kumite and then shared the tatami and podium with his sister in the Flora in the pairs and rounding of the day with a silver in the Family team Kata.

We want to thank in their hard work to run the event, our Sensei Jackie for judging on the day and a massive thanks and acknowledgement to Ripples Karate club and Sensei Tom for their massive part in this.

Continuing on from a great weekend, our team finished second in the medal table at the National Championships.

Once again, thanks to our coaches, parents and judges that help our team achieve the amazing results.
