U18's PLAYERS 'PLAYER' OF THE YEAR AWARD 2025/26
STEVEN O'DOROTHY
A Player whose standards are exceptionally high, not just on match days but in every training session. He never hides, never shirks responsibility, and is always willing to put himself forward when the team needs him most. Week after week, he drives this team on from the middle of the park with his work rate, determination, and leadership by example.
Comfortable in a variety of positions, he excels in central midfield where he dictates the tempo, wins the ball back, breaks up opposition attacks, and gets forward to influence the game in the final third. Just as importantly, he brings his team mates into play and helps those around him perform at their best.
Coupled with a fantastic attitude and an unwavering commitment to the Club, he is one of the most dependable Players in the Squad, rarely missing a game or training session. A true Team Player and a vital cog in everything this side does 👏🏆 ⚫️🟢⚽️

U18's MANAGEMENT PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD 2025/26 🏆
JADEN MURPHY
A Player who has been an absolute stonewall in defence at rightfull all season. His consistency has been remarkable, regularly producing performances that rarely dipped below a 7 or 8 out of 10 in every game.
A fantastic attitude, a quiet assassin on the pitch, and the type of Player any back four would love to have alongside them.
Strong in the tackle, composed under pressure, and always willing to put his body on the line for the team, he has been a key figure throughout the campaign. Reliable, disciplined, and an all round footballer, he sets the standard every week and has earned the respect of Team mates and opponents alike. A hugely important part of the Team's success this season 👏 🏆 ⚫️🟢⚽️

U18's MOST IMPROVED PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD 2025/26
FILIP JASTRZĘBSKI
This Player has come on leaps and bounds throughout the season. Time and again, he has been asked to fill a variety of roles across the pitch and has always put the Team's needs ahead of his own, willingly sacrificing his preferred position for the benefit of the group.
One of the biggest improvements in his game has been his attacking contribution. He has added goals to his game, developed a greater awareness in the final third, and is now consistently spotting passes and opportunities that can unlock defences.
What stands out most is his willingness to learn. He takes lessons from every performance, good or bad, and is constantly looking for ways to improve both individually and as a Team mate. His desire to develop, combined with his versatility and selfless attitude, has made him an increasingly important Player and one with plenty more growth still to come 👏🏆 ⚫️🟢⚽️

Adam Murphy
A Player who has really stood out this season through his attacking quality and eye for goal. He possesses the ability to score all types of goals, whether it's a composed finish, a strike from distance, or being in the right place at the right time. When opportunities arise, he remains cool, calm, and collected, showing real confidence in front of goal.
A natural finisher with a keen eye for where the net is, he has become a major attacking threat and a player opponents are always wary of. While there is still room for growth and improvement as the seasons go on, his impact this campaign cannot be overlooked.
When the Team is searching for a goal, he is one of the first players they look towards. His attacking instincts, composure, and ability to deliver in key moments make him a fantastic asset and an important part of the team's success 👏🏆 ⚫️🟢⚽️

Our U18s Team Awards Night took place on Friday evening, & what a brilliant & entertaining night it was for everyone involved.
It gave our Players & Management a chance to reflect on a hugely positive season, one that showcased just how far this talented Squad has come. Reaching a Cup Final & playing an exciting brand of football in front of some fantastic crowds throughout the season are achievements everyone associated with the Club can be proud of.
The challenge now is simple.. can we take the next step in our development? Can we continue to raise our performance levels, build on this season's success, & bring silverware back to the Club in 2026/27.
