(between Catrige shop & Mc Cormack's Pub) Welcome to the House of the Light of Knowledge, the home of Jiu-Jitsu Ireland. The art of Jiu-Jitsu (the science of pliability) is probably the most comprehensive self-defence martial art on Earth. Ideal for both sexes. It is a great confidence builder, increases self-awareness and guarantees to improve physical fitness and mental well-being. Absolute beginners are welcome every Tuesday. Remember, Jiu-Jitsu is suitable for both men and women ages 16 years and up.
