Basic old school rules. Only one place in Dublin where every single plate and dumbbell are always put back in place. If you can load the bar then you can unload it as well. If you are serious about training hard then this is right place to join, however if you come to the gym to talk , sit on the benches, text on the phone or just to walk around then go and find different place because we are here to train not talk.
