After six fantastic years with Cherry Orchard Boxing Club, we'd like to sincerely thank Karl Sheridan Sr. for the time, commitment, and knowledge he has given to our senior boxers.
Karl has played an important role in the development of the club, helping shape many of our athletes and contributing to the progress we've made over the years. His dedication and experience have left a lasting impact, and we're grateful for everything he's done.
We completely understand that family comes first, and we respect his decision to focus on supporting young Karl as he takes the next step into the professional ranks.
We'd also like to wish Karl Jr. every success in his professional career. He has all the talent and work ethic to go a long way, and everyone at Cherry Orchard Boxing Club will be cheering him on.
Thank you, Karl. We wish you both nothing but success in the next chapter.

After a fantastic weekend of boxing, today the hard work starts again.
The team is back in full training with all eyes now firmly fixed on the Irish Cadet Championships. Every session, every round, and every sacrifice counts as the lads chase their goal of representing Ireland on the biggest stage.
No shortcuts. No excuses. Just discipline, dedication, and hard work.
Let's get after it. ๐ช๐ฅ

Unfortunately, it wasn't to be for our lads at the 4 Nations today.
All three came up just short, losing by split decision in contests where we genuinely felt they had done enough. That's boxing sometimesโbut we're incredibly proud of every one of them.
What an experience it has been. The lads had the opportunity to compete alongside two-time Olympic champion Kelly Harrington, while Paddy shared the stage with Prince Dubois, brother of world champion Daniel Dubois. Moments and memories like these are invaluable.
A huge credit also goes to our coaches, who gave everything to support the team and enjoyed every minute of the journey.
Now it's back to work. The focus shifts to the Irish Cadet Championships, with one goal in mind: winning national titles and earning the honour of representing Ireland at the European Championships.
Heads up, lads. This is only the beginning. ๐๐ฅ

Kevin Osifo has gone and done it!
After three outstanding performances, Kevin has been crowned Haringey Box Cup Champion, showcasing the skill, determination and work ethic that define Cherry Orchard Boxing Club.
Kevin is one of COBCโs top senior boxers and is leading from the front this year. His success is no accidentโitโs the result of relentless dedication and countless hours of hard work in the gym.
A massive congratulations to Kevin, his coaches and everyone involved. The future is bright, and COBC continues to prove it's producing champions. ๐๐ฅ
