Two days of feeding wrapped up for Timberdick.

So far the dieting process has been progressive and efficient.

Lots of new muscle, a stronger mindset, and predictable outcomes through.

We keep the foot to the floor for now 💭

Another one of the classic contingent boxing prep around. absolutely all over this process thus far.

We have the first part of this process letting things shift smooth. Liam has always had the ability to move very quickly from a compositional perspective with minimal actual changes.

As of right now, we have done that pretty predictively. We'll run bloods this weekend, and from there, considering all is set, we'll start re-escalating PED load and really see this look come to life.

Pro debut 2026 is on.

The real and genuine improvements hard earned in the last year or so are really starting to show.

At top six finish in a class of 17 for yesterday.

Absolutely undeniable improvements from Poland. And a look delivered that we can be proud of.

It's never easy to fall outside the top five. We believe there was more than enough grounds for Colesy to be compared in the top 5 with the would-be top three, beyond simply the initial group presentations.

But that’s bodybuilding

Ultimately the goal is to continue to improve. We did just that and will continue to just that no matter where or when that may be.
