Soroosh Aramideh locked, loaded and fully fasted.
After a shaky few weeks we’re off to great prep start with Soroosh. We had to get over some appetite and digestion resistance a while back, but that being behind us now leaves nothing but runway.
Already regionally qualified from earlier in the year so it’s a straight lock in on PQs. Excited for this one.

Part of the Italian contingent #, Luca. 26lbs up with a whole chunk of new muscle. Nothing but action since day one and reaping all the rewards.
Still a road ahead, but the t**e being set here only make that more exciting.

HayDON smoothly sailing through the last few weeks of post show recovery and gearing up for yet another push up.
We had some consciousness of the cap this year as progress materialised. But as bodyweight came down throughout prep we became pretty confident that there’s probably 4-6lbs of headroom depending on what way approach the process of ‘hitting the cap’.
As such, what we thought would be a deserved transition is set to be the fullest of sends. Yup the lads.

LIAM WATSON | POSING COACH | IFBB PRO with some very exciting visuals yesterday, first run of high days in a while as we sit just outside four weeks out from show one of the season.
This is Liam's pro debut and also his second competitive season ever. Our only expectation here is to deliver his physique at its absolute best and to represent ourselves in a way that reflects what has been years of relentless effort.
