Safe Home Self Defense

It is an unfortunate fact that in the world of our teens self defense has gone from being a novelty to a necessity. It absolutely shouldn’t be, but it is.

Our classes are not competition or sport based they simply highlight how to escape dangerous situations and get you home safely. Having said that the classes are by necessity quite physical - would always involve a warm up and cool down and stretch so could definitely come under the heading of a physical activity.
