How well do you know padel? Four questions, each more difficult than the next. See how you do.

Get on court.
Choose whichever way feels right for you:

BEGINNER TIP: DON’T TRY TOO HARD 🎾 | PART 5
One of the biggest surprises for new padel players?
Hitting the ball harder isn’t necessarily better.
Padel rewards control, patience and keeping the rally going.
A shorter swing and a little less power can make a very big difference – and longer rallies are a lot more fun when you’re getting started.
Be honest: if a ball comes towards you, what’s your natural instinct?
💥 Hit it as hard as possible
🎯 Play it under control
😬 Close your eyes and hope for the best

And tag the friend who definitely chooses option one.
PADEL IN 30 SECONDS 🎾 | PART 4
Never played? Here are four things worth knowing:
👥 It’s usually played as doubles
⬇️ You serve underarm
🪟 The glass walls are part of the game
🎾 Scoring will feel familiar if you know tennis: 15, 30, 40, game
And if that still sounds slightly confusing – don’t worry. It makes much more sense once you are actually on court.
Quick beginner quiz:
What do you think happens if the ball hits the glass during a rally?
A) Point over
B) Keep playing
C) Everyone stops for coffee ☕

WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO PLAY PADEL? 🎾 | PART 3
Good news: probably much less than you think.
✅ Comfortable sportswear
✅ Runners or court shoes
✅ Water
✅ A willingness to give it a go
No specialist padel wardrobe required. No previous experience required. And if you need help with equipment, just ask our team.

WORRIED YOU WON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE DOING? 🎾 | PART 2
That’s exactly what a first session is for.
You don’t need to know the rules, understand the glass or arrive with a perfect serve.
At Druid Padel, we’ll help you get comfortable, understand the basics and start hitting a few balls.
Most importantly, your first experience should be relaxed, social and fun.
What would make you feel most comfortable trying padel for the first time?
A) Going with friends
B) Joining other beginners
C) Having a coach show you the ropes
D) Just giving it a go!
