Sometimes having a full on, fully equipped gym with all the bells & whistles is great, and some times its NOT...
Its great & has massive benefits, you can target every muscle group, top to bottom. Isolate everything, do your heavy compound lifts, train your core, your cardio on multiple cv machines. Thinking outside of most people's patterns, you can add in rotational & rehab work.
All this else 100% excellent.
But then, just some times in life... You need to lift something awkward, not your usual shape. A sofa, a bag, a rock, cut down a tree, a hedge... pick up your child, parent or actually carry the shopping...
Thats where this style of training comes in to play,
With that re-bar you can Squat, press, row, curl, lunge, carry...
With the old weight measure blocks, you farmers carry, lunge, shrug, row...
With the crank shaft, you can curl, press, pull over, core work, sitted or standing.
All of these challenge Grip, all of these challenge the body in different ways that are sometimes more relatable to daily life...
Don't be afraid to just lift awkward stuff!!!
The hammer & mace are another Savage tool to use 💪

Training 4-5 times per week is possible, most people 3 is the sweet spot.
Being crippled all the time, doesn't mean progress. Progress is a simple fact of consistency & slightly progressing weight & Conditioning.
You still need to be able to function the following day, for work, family, kids and life in general.
Proper nutrition & recovery will help excel this.
But there are a few who like crippling people and being crippled 🤣🤣🤣
Discipline builds the foundation and provides the structure.
Focus directs that structure toward the goal.
Consistency ensures that the structure remains standing over time, leading to lasting results.
WITHOUT motivation, you may never start
WITHOUT discipline, you will wander
WITHOUT consistency & focus, you will never see lasting change.
Im constantly saying the same thing, week in week out. Sometimes nicely, sometimes bluntly, saying it nicely sometimes doesn't resonate and bluntly sometimes rubs people up the wrong way.
But at the end of the day, its down to those 4 things. Put the work in, see the results 💪 😎 🙌
