Simple enough movement, The Lat Pulldown

If you can't do a pull up/ chin up, while yes you can use bands to assist but this is a great teacher. Especially this single hand operation which allows the weaker side work independently of the stronger...

Simply sit into the machine, adjust seat height to suit, lock in with the foam pad.

Grip handles with an overhand grip.

Tilt back 10°

Pull elbows towards the floor/ hands to top of chest, keeping a neutral spine (sit up right not slouched)

Slowly return to start & repeat.... no rocking, swingibg etc
Controlled movement!!!

Training 4-5 times per week is possible, most people 3 is the sweet spot.
Being crippled all the time, doesn't mean progress. Progress is a simple fact of consistency & slightly progressing weight & Conditioning.
You still need to be able to function the following day, for work, family, kids and life in general.

Proper nutrition & recovery will help excel this.

But there are a few who like crippling people and being crippled 🤣🤣🤣

Discipline builds the foundation and provides the structure.

Focus directs that structure toward the goal.

Consistency ensures that the structure remains standing over time, leading to lasting results.

WITHOUT motivation, you may never start
WITHOUT discipline, you will wander
WITHOUT consistency & focus, you will never see lasting change.

Im constantly saying the same thing, week in week out. Sometimes nicely, sometimes bluntly, saying it nicely sometimes doesn't resonate and bluntly sometimes rubs people up the wrong way.

But at the end of the day, its down to those 4 things. Put the work in, see the results 💪 😎 🙌
