I have had a few emails regarding prices lately for fitness classes...
Unfortunately I am going away on a training camp in Thailand next week and wont be back till late September..
Im sorry for late reply in mails and will be doing some great deals on fitness packages when I return.....👍👍👍

The House Gym is a new private training Facility located in [email protected] Please ring, text or email for any information.
Our classes only have a maximum of four individuals per class, so you can get full attention from one of our qualified trainers and not get lost in a class of 20 people like most Bootcamps around today. At The House Gym, we have a large variety of classes and will keep on growing our classes every month, some of the classes we coach are TRX, Kettlebell, Power Bag/Sandbag, Boxercise/Kickboxercise, resistance training , Caveman training and many more.

I have been asked several times lately. "Just starting training,what type of equipment should I buy for my home?"
And I always give the same answer..buy nothing
You dont need fancy equipment to get in shape all you need to do is find a good training plan and stick to it..
