Pov: it takes being on holiday to get back into a regular mat practice. Actually love getting back to the mat and miss teaching it as I seem to mostly teach reformer and studio these days. Sunshine and being outdoors a bonus. 😊 Anyone else miss teaching regular mat classes?

Happiness is moving in the sunset glow. I'm back in Dublin from tomorrow, where you'll find me teaching at during the month of June, when I'm not frantically up and down to Wexford getting the new venue retreat ready for the soft opening!
