🤩Club Training Weekend 🤩

20 club members swapped Dublin for Carlow on our training weekend! Cycled down, squeezed in an easy riverside jog, then hit the pool in Bagenalstown — with some brave souls sneaking in an open water swim in the Barrow too 💪

Fuelled up with good food and even better company Saturday night, then back at it Sunday with another pool session before cycling home to Dublin.

Serious mileage, serious training, and even better friendships built along the way 🙌

Massive thanks to The Lord Bagenal for the warm welcome and for keeping our bikes safe and sound — the perfect spot to recover after a big day of training 🙏

Every year we pick one race to designate as our Club Champs to give everyone a little something extra to fight for on the day.

It’s amazing to see so much black & green all over the course 🙌🏻
