Massive thanks to committee members Mark and Hannah for some great shots of our day..and I grabbed a couple of our Summer slam family and friends day.
I have to say it really turned out a great day.. New Hercules and old Hercules
Everyone buzzing with great competitive spirit and this is just the start .. It was great to see so many of our new Hercules wearing the Hercules colours with pride..
Amazing food by Anasdas Burger Van which went down very well, .. look forward to your next visit already. Look these guys up..

Thankyou Hannah and Mark for putting this together and running a smooth fun day for all.. you guys rock 💪 And all the committee chipped in to make it a fun event.. And thankyou to our membership that came with friends and family. You made our day work and we look forward to the next time.. these are just a few so if we missed you we will get you next year ..

To all Hercules Club members,
I hope you are all looking forward to the Hercules Club Summer Slam for Hercules members family and friends taking place this Saturday, from 12 o clock 22nd of August, should be a wonderful day and hopefully we get decent weather. Just a few items to note as follows:
1. There will be free car parking available to all attending the Hercules club summer slam, a Hercules club community event, in Bolton street college on the day from 10 to 4. After this gates will be closed and car locked in.
This is courtesy of Ciaran Stone Operations Manager in Bolton Street College.. Big thank you has to be said.. 👏👏👏
2. Food will be available during the day for all members and guests. Options include the ones in the attached image with vegetarian and gluten free options also available.
3. Please see attached image for a list of events on the day. Please note that training will cease on the ground floor at 11 am to accommodate set up of the activities. Training can still commence on middle and top floors if required.
4. If bringing guests, please ensure that the guest arrives with you a member of the club, entry and food tokens will only be provided to members and members guests. This is event for our members and is not an open day.
5. Showdown events are scheduled to begin at approximately 1pm and conclude around 3pm, with prizes and awards to be handed out approximately 4pm.

Just a reminder that this coming Monday 03 August is a bank holiday and the club will close at 3pm. Hope you all have a great long weekend.

To all Hercules members, we are now only a few weeks away from our summer slam fun day..
Bring the girlfriend boyfriend partner kids, what ever works for you.. Show them where you spend half your life .
Fun events with everyone welcome to have a go..
Food van will be on site for the day with a complimentary meal for everyone 😋 and this guy makes a kick ass burger 🍔 all healthy choices of course 😉and there will be a veggie choice too I believe. So forget the diet and indulge.
Put this on you callander as a date not to be missed..

Big up here to the guys and girls that were competing at the no suit no scales in Capital Strength today.. I believe it was a great day for all, with lots of experience garnered along the way..
Great to see our weightlifters and powerlifters showing the way forward 👏 Team Hercules all the way...
