After 25 years in the fitness industry, yesterday was a first for me.🫣
For the first time ever, I coached a group made up entirely of Irish lads.🤸♀️🚀
They all came with completely different backgrounds. Some have a strong sporting background, others don’t. Each of them has their own story. But they all had one thing in common: they’re choosing a healthier, stronger and more positive way to spend their time.🔥
Instead of another night out, they’re building a community around sober activities - meeting every week, trying new experiences, supporting one another and proving that you don’t need alcohol or drugs to have an unforgettable time.✨💥
Yesterday, I had the privilege of introducing them to the world of rebound fitness with Jump to the beat trampoline class and honestly, they absolutely smashed it! 🔥💣💥
The energy, 💥the laughter, 🤣the teamwork 💪🏼and the encouragement🤸♀️ in that room was something special. 🔥Watching them leave with huge smiles on their faces reminded me exactly why I love what I do.👏🏻
