Progressive overload & pushing to failure with great technique. Your weight or reps needs to be going up in weight in order to keep progressing & not staying stagnant. 💯
Single arm row variation, it looks simular but it ain't. Don't knock it until you try it. Sometimes it's hard to feel single arm rows.this hits it at a perfect angle. 💪
How to Speed up recovery & reduce muscle Soreness from working out. Especially if your new to working out. Don't forget it's never to late to start. Hope this helps 🤷♂️
The heavy bag I would suggest people getting one, I bring mine out doors into the parks & hang it up & when training out doors. You can learn 100s of drills & get in excellent shape.
