The IJA sent me this; it is worthwhile and interesting but takes a lot more than a few minutes to complete.
I wouldn't like to have Hana referee one of my holddowns.

You would think the good weather would be bad for judo but when it comes to Daigokan Judo Wild Geese Martial Arts & Fitness you'd be surprised. Six Dan Grades including the three coaches. Donal is only learning how to take photos so bear with him; for a start he only started "snapping" after the class had officially ended.🥋🥋🏋️‍♀️🏋️🏋️‍♂️

Following on briskly from our gratifying results at the National Grading, congrats to Conor and Andras for attaining their Yellow Belts on Wednesday. Thank you to Peter and Gerry for camera work and e-mailing of photos to Luddite Head Coach. "the longest journey begins with but a single step"

Big thank you to Joe for refereeing, reporting, and photographing the Daigokan@WildGeeseMartialArts representatives at today's Dan Grading . From Right to Left: John (Batsugan)1st Dan, Andrew, Ciaran (ashbourne judo club) 10 points, Tony 20 points, Craig 30 points, Michael 2nd Kyu. Well Done!
Unbelievably (you gotta believe) Fi(theory only),Michael and Joe managed to make this afternoon's class for training and second photo: everyone is wearing their current coloured belt. Respect! John from our Donnycarney premises also made 2nd Kyu but not the photo ops.....

Thank you to our one-off visitor Luka from British Judo for great judo spirit and kind words afterwards for remembering to send this photo from Wednesday night. Unfortunately most of the class were on their way home when we took this photo (I think we had 14 in total). Luka is a credit to his coach Stan "the man" Cantrill a legend in Welsh Judo and International Veteran Circuit. Smiley Face; Thumbs up
