Our thriving Girls' Section is ever expanding, and we are looking for girls to join our ranks at U13, U14, U15, and U16 level for the DDSL season ahead!

With committed coaching teams in place, a dedicated Women's Football Co-ordinator overseeing the section's development, a pathway to our Senior Women's Team in place, and state of the art facilities to train and play in, everything is in place for players to come and enjoy their football, improve their game, make friends and and have fun whilst competing

🟢⚪️ St. Ita's AFC Golf Classic 🟢⚪️

Our annual golf classic takes place on Friday, 24th July in Beaverstown Golf Club, and we'd love you to join us for a day of golf, craic, and community! 💚🤍

Whether you're a scratch golfer, or you spend more time in the bushes looking for the ball, you are more than welcome to join us for what promises to be a fantastic day! ⛳️🏌‍♂️

There's a beer, a burger, and a goodie bag for all, and the chance to WIN A CAR with a hole in one on the 3rd! 🍔🍺🚗

There's a prize draw in the clubhouse on the night with plenty of great prizes to be won 🎫🎁

If you can't join us on the day, why not show your support by sponsoring a tee box or a putting green - the support of local businesses would be greatly appreciated and, given the foot fall of the day, the golf classic is a fantastic way to promote your business and to show your support of your local community club 🤝🏽

We are holding a club raffle on Friday, 24th July in Beaverstown Golf Club 🙌🏼

There will be lots of fantastic prizes up for grabs on the night and your support helps raise vital funds for our ever expanding operation, so we are calling on all Saints to get behind us and buy a ticket or two over the coming days! 🎫

Tickets are €5 and will be on sale at the MiniEuros starting tonight - cash is preferable, but we will also have one card machine on the go! 💰

Keep an eye out for our ticket sellers pitchside, and an ear out for updates from the velvety voice of Shocko on the tannoy 🔊

A summer of football is just around the corner! ⚽️

💚🤍 Little Saints Nursery Graduation 💚🤍

What a fabulous morning in Ballymastone yesterday, as our Little Saints Nursery met for the final time this term!

A brilliant year was brought to a close with a great morning of fun, friendship, and community with the whole section coming together to celebrate the season finale and the passing through of the 2019s! 💚🤍

We had 5 teams win trophies this season - U13 Boys, U14 Boys, U15 Boys, Youths Girls, and Senior Men's 1st Team - and we were honoured to have members of all 5 teams visit the graduation ceremony to show off their hard earned trophies and to wish the kids well as they move on from the nursery into our Academy teams...seeing is believing 💚🤍

To the parents/guardians/families of the 2019 kids passing through - your kids have been a pleasure to deal with during their time in the nursery and we are really excited to see their journey with the club unfold over the coming years - on behalf of Luke, Tracy, Tony, Alvy, and Dave, we thank you and wish you nothing but the very best as you move on 💚🤍

We would like to thank all of our volunteers that have made the nursery happen this season - the admin staff on the gate, the volunteers who helped set up, the coaches who supported the kids along the way - the nursery is a serious undertaking, and the consistency shown by all our volunteers on a weekly basis is phenomenal and we can't thank you all enough 💚🤍

To all the 2020 and 2021 families, enjoy the break, and we can't wait to see you all back for the new term in September 💚🤍

St. Ita's Futsal will be hosting open training sessions for our Senior Men's 1st and 2nd teams. If you are looking to be competitive and play ad a good level or looking to learn the sport, contact us and look to attend on the 1st and/or 8th of July.

There is a possibility of an U-19 league and a Women's league this year, if interested please contact us also.

We are getting closer and closer to MiniEuro2026.

This year, the entire tournament can be tracked online - scores, tables and fixtures. The website is live now at https://stitasafc.diginormous.com/. You can create your own family's timetable within the website, if required.

A reminder that the tshirt pickup times are: (a) Hospital Pavilion: Thurs 25th June (7:00-8:30) and (b) Hospital Pavilion: Sat 27th June (10:30-12:00).

💚🤍 Kevin Nugent Cup Champions 💚🤍

Congratulations to our Senior Men's 1st Team on winning the LSL Kevin Nugent Cup after a titanic battle with Stella Maris FC last night.

In a game that had absolutely everything, both teams left it all on the pitch as they went toe to toe to bring home the trophy, with our lads pulling off the comeback of all comebacks to run out 4-3 winners after extra time!

We said before the game that one thing would be guaranteed - our lads would give everything to the cause, and what a shift they put in!

Trailing 3-1 with a half an hour to go, the lads stayed in the game, and when Stella had a man sent off, we used our numerical advantage to turn the tide...our lads rattled away and got our rewards in the 4th minute of injury time when Callum Leonard completed his hatrick to level the tie and take us to extra time.

The game looked to be heading for penalties until the 4th minute of time added on in extra time...Eric Foley beat his man out on the right and whipped a beautiful ball into the box, where John Scott met it with a beautiful diving header to seal the win and bring the trophy home. Absolute scenes!

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, and supporters - an amazing achievement 💚🤍

Well done to the officials who had an excellent game in tough circumstances, and commiserations to Stella Maris who were excellent on the night - a fantastic side that will bounce back.
