If you are looking for a style of yoga that combines strength training + fluid movement + Breathwork + mindfulness, then our Yoga Sculpt classes with the wonderful may be a great fit for you!

Yoga Sculpt incorporates light weights into traditional yoga sequences to help lengthen and strengthen all major muscle groups. It is a great way to imrpove functional strength and mobility while still enjoying the calming and meditative aspects of yoga.
The dynamic, energising flow is paired with upbeat music which helps sync breath with movement and boost focus and motivation (Anna’s carefully curated playlists add a special feel-good vibe!).

Each class ends with a cooling-down sequence and a blissful final relaxation. The weights are optional and you can drop them any time.
Yoga Sculpt classes are every Friday (1pm-1:45pm) and once a month on Sundays (1:30pm-2:30pm).

There is something so special about the long summer evenings: the lingering daylight and the softening sky (with its hues of gold, pink, and blue) gently inviting us to slow down, pause, and savouring life’s simple and wondrous joys. These magical, long evenings are a lovely time to roll out our mats, breathe deeply, be present, and let our bodies join nature’s quiet embrace of rest.

CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE with Maggie Dunne
Fri, 3 July | 7:30pm-9pm
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that uses props like bolsters and blankets to fully support the body in passive poses for extended periods. The focus on long holds, mindfulness, and slow breathing helps melt away habitual tension in the muscles and joints, balancing the nervous system and preparing your body for more peaceful sleep

CHARITY SOUND BATH: Sounds for Sinéad with Liam Oragh

Please join us this Saturday for a very special charity Sound Bath as we remember and honour Sinead O’Connor’s incredible legacy as an artist and activist! All proceeds from this event will be donated to TENI (Transgender Equality Network Ireland).

Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture with returns on Sunday, 21 June (3pm-5:30pm). This monthly afternoon practice is all about harnessing the healing benefits of deep relaxation through passive supported postures, slow gentle movemnets, guided meditation, and (optional) acupuncture.

This Hatha Yoga class offers a gentle yet powerful practice with an emphasis on stability and somatic awareness through alignment, intelligent effort, and breath-led movement. This is not a singing lesson. It’s a journey to vocal freedom and emotional well-being. Lea will guide you through breathwork, somatic vocal releases, and chanting to quiet your inner critic and reconnect with your authentic expression 🦋

Soften out of doing and return to being. 😌
Unwind your nervous system with slow, intuitive somatic movement and restorative shapes. The studio will be infused with the grounding aroma of Palo Santo and calming lavender to hold you in a deeply restful space for a guided Yoga Nidra.

Saturday, 9 May | 6pm-7:30pm
A profoundly meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves and vibrations, from a variety of instruments. These soothing soundscapes are designed to induce deep relaxation by activating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress and tension, improve sleep, and enhance emotional wellbeing.

Letting Go: Somatic Breathwork Workshop with
Sunday, 10 May | 3pm-5pm
Sam (breathwork facilitator, acupuncturist and Reiki Master) will guide us through a style of breathwork that can allow us to tap into the body’s intelligence, helping to let go - at a deep somatic level - of what we may hold tightly in our bodies, beneath the surface of our thoughts and conscious mind.
